Heather’s past research has explored teachers’ and early childhood educators’ beliefs about aggression and social withdrawal within the classroom. She is currently the assistant for the Comprehensive School Health Cohort coordinator.

Her research goals are to gain an understanding of how the school climate and a supportive educational community may enhance bullying prevention initiatives for teachers, as they are the front lines of program implementation within the school.
